The Jewish Community Association of Cas-per appeals the summary judgment decision of the district court that the Association's outgoing Board of Directors had the power to place Association assets into an firrevoca-ble trust outside the control of any future Board of Directors. We conclude the conveyance of assets without approval of the Association's membership rendered the trust void ab initio. We therefore reverse.
