LOHR, Justice.

In proceedings before a hearing committee of the Grievance Committee of the Supreme Court, Peter S. Razatos, the respondent, was found to have engaged in acts of professional misconduct constituting cause for discipline under C.R.C.P. 241 B. The hearing committee has recommended as appropriate discipline that the respondent be suspended from the practice of law for three years, that he make restitution to his client and that he be assessed the costs of the grievance proceedings.
