In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for fraud, conversion, and unjust enrichment, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Austin, J.), dated May 6, 2008, which granted the respective motions of the defendants Randolph Froehlich, Faul V Craco, and Mark Mermel for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against each of them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs. ■
