In an action to recover on an account stated and for unjust enrichment, the defendant appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Tanenbaum, J.), dated August 9, 2011, as granted that branch of the plaintiffs motion which was for summary judgment on the issue of liability on both causes of action.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, that branch of the plaintiff’s motion which was for summary judgment on the issue of liability on both causes of action is denied, and, upon searching the record,…
