— In an action to recover on a promissory note, defendants Patricio Aguirre and Arthur Elian appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Oppido, J.), dated February 7,1984, as granted plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment in lieu of complaint as against them.
Order affirmed, insofar as appealed from, with costs.
