I. INTRODUCTION
Alleging that her income had declined following her divorcee from George Haralovich, Barbara Shepherd asked the superior court to recalculate child support. Shepherd's income had declined in part because she had sold rent-producing property that she had been awarded in the divorcee. The superior court found that Shepherd's income was effectively the same as before.
