The defendants were the Green River & Rock Springs Livestock Company, a corporation, Mary Barrett, Ed. Barrett, Patrick Q. Barrett and Tom Whitmore, as administrator of the estate of Mary Barrett, deceased. Another defendant who did not appear, need not be noticed.
