Streff v. Town of Delafield
Court of Appeals of Wisconsin
1Opinion of the CourtNettesheim, J.
Llewellyn F. Streff brought suit against the Town of Delafield under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging violations of his constitutional rights to equal protection and procedural and substantive due process under the federal and state constitutions. Streffs claims arose out of the Town's failure to approve Streffs development proposals for certain real estate located in the Town. The trial court granted summary judgment to the Town, ruling that Streifs grievances were not yet ripe for judicial review. Streff appeals. We affirm.
