The appellant sued to quiet her title to an eighty acre tract of land in Lake county, and the appellee, Burbanks, by cross-complaint, sought to *535quiet the title thereto in himself. On change of venue from the Lake Circuit Court the cause was tried and a special verdict rendered in.the Porter Circuit Court. The appellant and the appellee each moved for a judgment upon the special verdict, and the motion of the latter was sustained and that of the former was overruled. These rulings present the only question assigned as error in this court.
