BLACKWELL, Judge.

In this case, Baltimore City police seized narcotics and related paraphernalia from city correctional officers. According to the District Court of Maryland sitting in Baltimore City, the police did so without probable cause and without a warrant. 1 The issue here is whether such evi dence, taken in violation of the fourth amendment, is admissible in a civil administrative discharge proceeding.
