MEMORANDUM ORDER
KELLAM, District Judge.
In an opinion filed herein on March 28, 1968, the Court reserved ruling on the issue of the statute of limitations to the claim asserted by plaintiff against Piper Aircraft Corporation (Piper). Following argument on this question, the Court is now called upon to rule on this issue.
The second amended complaint filed herein on December 18, 1967, asserts the right of plaintiff to recover pursuant to Article III, Section 2 of the United States Constitution which extends jurisdiction of the United States Courts to “all cases of admiralty and maritime…
