Cason was arraigned under an indictment based on section 186 of the Penal Code. A demurrer to the indictment was overruled, and the accused was convicted. He excepted to the overruling of his demurrer and to the refusal of the court to sustain his motion for a new trial. The indictment was in six counts, all in substantially the same language, each count charging the embezzlement of different sums of money.
