This is a workers’ compensation case in which the sole issue is whether claimant Lewis’ injury in a motor vehicle collision arose out of and in the course of her employment or whether she had deviated from her employment at the time of the collision. Claimant had permission to use the employer’s vehicle for the combined purpose of doing personal banking, running an errand for the employer, and performing banking activities for the employer. Prior to completing her employer’s banking, Lewis deviated from the errand route to have lunch in another part of the city, but…
