Mrs. L. H. Parks filed with the Industrial Board of Georgia a claim for compensation against H. S. Jackson doing business as Jackson Paint Shop, Griffin, Georgia, as employer, and Maryland Casualty Company, as insurance carrier, for compensation for the death of her husband alleged to have been caused from injuries received from an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment with the alleged employer.
