KELLY, Judge:

In this opinion, we are called upon to determine whether a conditional gubernatorial pardon precludes a person from having his entire criminal record expunged. We hold that it does and affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings in accordance with this opinion.

The facts and procedural history of this case are as follows. Appellee was adjudged guilty of various criminal charges, including aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct, underage drinking and harassment, all of which took place between 1978 and 1985. Appellee was sentenced to two…
