Affirming.
J. A. Hamilton, Sr., died a resident of Metcalfe county, Ky., on March 26, 1929, leaving an estate valued at approximately $135,000, of which, approximately $85,000 was in personalty, and the remainder in real estate located in Metcalfe county. He devised his estate equally to his five children after charging his son, J. A. Hamilton, Jr., with an advancement of $11,350, and his daughter, Mrs. Amanda Thompson, with an advancement of $500. In his will he nominated his son, J. A. Hamilton, Jr., and his daughter, Mrs. Mary Nunn, executors of his will.…
