OPINION AND ORDER

DOUMAR, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on defendant’s motion to stay these proceedings and compel arbitration. For the reasons set forth below, this motion is hereby denied.

I. Background

Percilla D. Rudolph, a female, was employed by Alamo Rent-A-Car, Inc. from September 2,1994 until September 1,1995. Rudolph does not belong to a union.
