MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs Motion to Determine the Sufficiency of Defendants’ Responses to Requests for Admission Nos. 19 and 24, filed April 15, 2013 (Doc. 162)(“RFA Motion”). The Court held a hearing on July 9, 2013.
