Plaintiff Stephen Ceslik (“Ceslik”) brings this action against the defendant Miller Ford, Inc. (“Miller Ford”), setting forth in the Complaint claims for discrimination because of AIDS and failure to accommodate an asthmatic condition in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.
