This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City requiring the appellant to specifically perform a contract, dated November 15, 1919, made by him to purchase from the appellee lots Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Block 20, as shown on a plat of the property of the Forest Park Highlands Company of Baltimore City, which property is at the corner formed by the intersection of the northeast side of Bonner Road and the southeast side of Oakfield Road.
