The appeal in this case is from a decree of the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City, decreeing the specific performance of a contract of sale of real property, between the appellant and the appellees.
From the bill of complaint, it appears that on the 7th day of June, 1940, the appellees entered into a contract with Frank B. Ober, giving him an option to purchase the fee simple property, and improvements, known as No. 5021 Park Heights Avenue, in Baltimore City.
