The plaintiff owns in fee simple premises located at the northeast corner of Second and Plum Streets, Cincinnati, Ohio. The defendant, a Missouri corporation, is qualified to do business and does business in the state of Ohio as a foreig-n corporation. The defendant, a freight handler, operates large trucks and trailers.
