This cause is before the court on appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, wherein that court issued a permanent injunction enjoining appellants from picketing on the private property of ap-pellees and also found appellants in contempt of court for violating prior restraining orders.
On December 11, 1984, the trial court rendered the following judgment:
“NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the preliminary injunction be and it is hereby adopted and ordered permanent and in full force and effect.
