I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Clinique Laboratories, Inc. (“Clinique”) moves, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 65, for a preliminary injunction prohibiting defendant Dep Corporation, d/b/a Basique Labs, Inc. (“Dep” or “Basique”) from infringing plaintiffs trademarks, trade dress, and/or trade name in the sale, distribution, or advertising of skin care, hair care, cosmetic, toiletry or fragrance products.
