Professional Energy Management, Inc. (“PEM”) filed suit against (i) Ty Necaise, a former employee of PEM, (ii) LUMA Energy Resource Management, Inc., a business formed by Necaise allegedly to compete with PEM, and (iii) Robert Allen, a co-founder of LUMA.
