Ms. Marjorie Blevio (“Blevio”) brought a declaratory judgment action, as administra-trix of the estate of her thirteen-year-old son Noah Blevio, against Aetna Casualty & Surety Company (“Aetna”) and Royal Insurance Company of America, Inc. (“Royal”), to determine the rights and liabilities of the parties under two motor vehicle underinsurance policies. The parties filed cross-motions for summary judgment.
