OPINION

McDONALD, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal by plaintiff Dorothy Middleman from summary judgment that she take nothing in a suit to set aside a compromise settlement in a worker’s compensation case.

Plaintiff sued defendant insurance carrier alleging she is the widow of Joe S. Middleman; that he sustained an accidental injury at his place of business on August 12, 1970; that as a result of said injury he died on August 15, 1970; that plaintiff filed application for workmen’s compensation death benefits with her husband’s employer; that the agents and/or employees of defendant fraudulently…
