2Per curiam

This case involves allegations of fraud, breach of contract, and breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, arising from a construction contract and the representations made during pre-contractual bid negotiations. The case was tried before a jury, which found that both the appellants and the appellee were entitled to damages. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of the ap-pellee for $10.9 million after remitting a portion of the appellee’s actual damages and then offsetting the appellants’ damage award.
