HAMILTON, Circuit Judge.

This appeal presents a challenge to the constitutional sufficiency of a criminal defense attorney’s advice in unusual circumstances. Jerry Vinyard pled guilty to charges of conspiracy to manufacture, distribute, and possess methamphetamine with intent to distribute. At sentencing, he started to backtrack on whether he was admitting some of the relevant conduct listed in his presentence report. After consulting with his attorney, he withdrew his objections.
