OPINION

BREWSTER, Justice.

The appellant, Bill P. Cogdell, here appeals from the trial court’s order overruling his plea of privilege.

The record before us and the argument made by counsel on submission of this appeal show that the appellant, Bill Cogdell, began this litigation by filing a suit against the Fort Worth National Bank seeking reimbursement from the Bank for expenses, attorney’s fees, and costs incurred by him in allegedly protecting his interest in the Bill P.
