Plaintiff Jerry Hill filed this complaint under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 633a et seq., against the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), the parent organization of his former employer, the Transportation Security Administration (“TSA”), alleging that the TSA terminated his employment based on his age in 2007.
