Plaintiff Theola Veasley commenced this suit in Oakland County Circuit Court in July of 2012, asserting a claim against Defendants Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”) and BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP (“BAC”) arising from the foreclosure sale of her home in Southfield, Michigan.
