This is a class action brought by the named plaintiffs on behalf of all Teamster represented employees of Churchill Truck Lines, Inc. (“CTL”) employed at facilities or terminals with more than fifty employees at the time of CTL’s closure on April 11, 1994. 1 Plaintiffs claim that CTL closed without giving them sixty days notice, as required by the WARN Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2102(a).
