TAYLOR, Justice.
This action was commenced^ April 21, 1951, to quiet title to a strip of land lying along the common boundary between lands owned by plaintiffs (respondents) and lands owned by the defendants (appellants). So 1 far as record titles are concerned, both tracts are described according to government subdivisions. The record title to the lands owned by the plaintiffs is in the name of the Beneficial Life Insurance Company. The plaintiffs, Hyrum Lewis and his wife, are.in possession under.a contract to purchase. Their lands are described as the SE% SW% and the S% SE<4 of Section 4.…
