A general court-martial composed of members convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of conspiracy to maltreat prisoners, in violation of Article 81, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 881 (2000), two specifications of maltreatment, in violation of Article 93, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 893 (2000), dereliction of duty, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 892 (2000), and indecent acts, in violation of Article 134, *318UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934 (2000).
