This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiffs Motion seeks a declaration that two sections of Minnesota’s election law are unconstitutional under the recent Supreme Court decision regarding corporate expenditures in federal campaigns, Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, — U.S. -, 130 S.Ct. 876, — L.Ed.2d -(2010).
