ANDERSON, Judge.
This cause was originally filed by plaintiffs against Seco Company, Inc., to recover an amount alleged to be due plaintiffs as a real estate commission for services in connection with the lease of certain premises belonging to defendant on which there was an industrial building. Thereafter, plaintiffs filed an amended petition joining Carl G. Stifel Realty Company, a corporation, as a defendant upon its refusal to join as a party plaintiff in said action.
