In this action brought under the Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act (pwdcra), MCL 37.1101 et seq.\ MSA 3.550(101) et seq., and the Worker’s Disability Compensation Act, (wdca) MCL 418.101 et seq.] MSA 17.237(101) et seq., defendant Machine Shop, Inc., appeals as of right a jury award of $18,000 2 in favor of plaintiff and from the trial court’s denial of defendant’s motion for a directed verdict, judgment notwithstanding the verdict (jnov), or a new trial. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
