The estates of a partnership and of its two individual partners are in process of settlement as insolvent estates in the Court of Probate. The assets of the three estates have been converted into cash, the liabilities of each determined, and nothing remains to be done but to distribute the net assets among the creditors whose claims have been allowed. The assets of the partnership are insufficient to pay the partnership debts, and those of each of the individual estates insufficient to satisfy the separate claims allowed against it.
