We think the decree of the court of probate appealed from, is correct and should not be reversed.
The facts which are agreed and recited by counsel, need not be particularly recapitulated. It appears, that Zelotes G. Grant, in the settlement of whose estate the question arises, was, at the time of his death, in November, 1846, in partnership with his brother, C. S. Grant, under the name of Z. C. & C. S.
