The defendant appeals from a circuit court judgment sustaining the registration of a foreign divorce decree. The registration of the divorce decree was made pursuant to ORS eh 24, known as the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act.

The petition for registration, filed by the plaintiff, the defendant’s former wife, alleged that an interlocutory decree of divorce was granted plaintiff by the Superior Court for Tuba County, California, on December 8, 1959.
