Sokymat SA, Irori, and Ake Gustafson appeal the judgment of the United States District Court for the Central District of California that Gustafson is not a co-inventor and co-owner of U.S. Patent No. 5,281,-855 (“the ’855 patent”), and that Sokymat SA and Irori therefore infringe the ’855 patent.
