{¶ 1} Michael R. Butler appeals the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas', Domestic Relations Division, grant of Beth Butler's motion to modify his child support obligation and denial of his motion for relief from judgment. Michael asserts that the trial court failed to give him notice and an opportunity to be heard in an evidentiary hearing before it modified his support obligation.
