Rohrer, by his petition filed in the County Court for a writ of habeas corpus, directed to the superintendent of the Massachusetts Correctional Institution, Bridgewater, alleged that he was illegally confined there. Upon agreed facts the single justice reserved and reported the case without decision. The commitment was in fact made to the Bridgewater State Hospital (Bridgewater).
