In this action John Keegan (“Keegan”), Harry Instase (“Instase”), and Philip Gar-ton (“Garton”) (collectively “plaintiffs”) have brought suit against Steamfitters Local Union No. 420 Pension Plan (“Pension Plan” or “Plan”), William T.
