MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SHARON JOHNSON COLEMAN, United States District Judge
Plaintiff filed a seventeen-Count First Amended Complaint against Lake County, *690individual Lake County Deputy Sheriffs, and the medical personnel employed by Correct Care Solutions at Lake County Jail in December 2011. The Lake County defendants move for summary judgment [130] and the medical defendants move for partial summary judgment [134]. For the reasons set forth below, this Court grants the Lake County defendants’ motion and grants in part and denies in part the medical defendants’ motion.
