Plaintiffs sued defendants for damages based upon an alleged malicious prosecution. By their answer, defendants denied all liability to plaintiffs and prayed for dismissal of the action. The cause was tried to a jury, and at the close of all the evidence the court sustained defendants’ motion for judgment in their favor, as matter of law, discharged the jury, and dismissed the action. From this judgment, plaintiffs appeal.
