Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Fitzer, J.H.O.), ordering, inter alla, the equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, entered July 28, 1987 in Ulster County, upon a decision of the court, without a jury.
The parties were married in June 1952. They are the parents of three children, all of whom are now emancipated. In June 1984, plaintiff commenced this action against defendant seeking a divorce on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment.
