Appeals (1) from a judgment of the Supreme Court ordering, inter alia, equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, entered August 2, 1984 in Clinton County, upon a decision of the court at Trial Term (Doran, J.), without a jury, and (2) from a judgment of said court, entered *606September 27, 1984 in Clinton County, which, inter alia, denied defendant credit for overpayment in retroactive maintenance and child support awards.
