In a support proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, the appeal, as limited by the appellant’s brief, is from so much of an order of the Family Court, Nassau County (Loewy, J.), entered October 17,1983, as, after a hearing, directed him to pay the sum of $152 per month for the support of the petitioner wife, and ordered him to make the monthly mortgage payment of $245.

Order modified, on the law, by adding to the first decretal paragraph thereof, after the words “effective October 1, 1983”, the words “up to and until February 4, 1985 and thereafter the respondent is directed to pay…
